Our comprehensive Handing/Taking Over Checklist as well as our well-trained personnel help to ensure all relevant assets, documents, and records in respect of maintenance and management of the property are being handed/taken over properly to/from the relevant party.
It is our duty to assist our clients to achieve effective property management, in which we believe, starts from a conducive management office, adequate number of personnel, and most importantly, establishment and implementation of relevant policies and standard operating procedures.
With over 30 years of experience in property management industry, we understand the importance of preventive and corrective maintenance. Accordingly, we will help our clients to come out with a thorough preventive and corrective maintenance schedules which later will be executed by our assigned maintenance crew.
Besides maintenance schedules, we also consult our clients in the process of appointing service providers to maintain the common area of the property and help them to monitor all appointed service providers on a regular basis.
We are dedicated in assisting our clients in respect of financial management which includes opening of accounts, administering, auditing, preparing annual budget as well as calculating service charges. Our objective is to help our clients achieve their financial goals via fund optimization.
We practise a systematic approach in administrative management from the process of handling enquiries to the keeping of record of all documents related to the maintenance and management of the property.
We are committed to guide our clients in the process of insuring their property. Our aim is to ensure our clients are able to procure adequate insurance coverage. Besides procurement of insurance, we also assist on our clients in insurance premium collection as well as management of insurance claims.
We help our clients in identifying possible risk and safety issues which may affect the property and take necessary measures to prevent or reduce the possible risk. Besides that, we also focus on assisting our clients in ensuring statutory compliance relating to health and safety of the property.
